As a competitor, social dancer or spectator entering a GOLD event

• I agree to hold the organization of this event and their agents harmless for all suits, claims or demands of every kind and character arising out of and in conjunction with this event. I understand the physical risks of entering dance competitions and assume full responsibility for any injury or personal damage. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older (Applicable to Legal Guardian if under 18 years of age).

• I consent and agree that the organization has the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of me during events to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary.

• I do hereby release to the organization all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market copies. I wave any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used.

• I understand that there will be no financial compensation, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. I hereby also acknowledge that any photographs, videotape, or digital recording made myself, or any third party cannot be used, if it is not private use, without express permission by the organization for publication and/or commercial use.
